Fantastic staff from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. I cannot think of a single member of the staff whose work was less than exemplary.

Close to the area I that I needed to be in and I felt very safe

The grounds were very nice and the hotel was quiet

When I arrived the room was remodeled but not in working condition. The toilet didn't flush at all. They came up and said they fixed it but it would never flush again. When I went into the shower, there was no shower gel and I had to wash with shampoo.

Hot water didn't work, it's dirty. Understandable there's renovations but you should atleast charge a decent price for what we're staying for

The hotel is being updated and appears nice. The location was perfect and quiet. The golf course was nice.
Negatives:
Poor service for the internet/tv. The hotel was a bit dated and rooms were small. The refrigerator was tiny and some outlets/USBs didn't work for charging.

Every room we have ever had the mini fridge doesn't work. Not once!
