It got me out of the weather. It was dry and warm.

Broke TV, broke coffee pot, lack of bath mat and towels, few electrical outlets, ice machine was locked up and unavailable and turned off, no shampoo, smelled as if someone had smoked in the room. Advertised Wifi was not connected to the internet.

IT WA HORRIBLE. NO TOWELS, SHOWER CURTAIN, I HAD TO CARRY TV FRM ANOTHER ROOM, BED SHEET WERE DIRTY.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and to make sure anything that she could do to help was done, literally a diamond in the ruff.

The room was filled with large bugs, holes in the floor, stains on the pillows...we didn't stay in the rooms and ended up sleeping in our vehicle over night. The desk clerk said she processed refunds for the 2 rooms but was about 85 years old and struggle

We checked in and went to the room which had no sheets on the bed and was not clean. No towels. It was 8 at night and the staff came and put sheets and towels but left dirty soap in the shower and did not clean the vanity. Kept awake by noisy guests.
