I was charged a $100 deposit that was a big surprise and not disclosed when I made the reservation on Booking.com. The manager told me it was just in case they needed to call the cops. They also charged me $23.75 for my dog. Caught one of the managers peering into my room window! I went out to see what was going on and she backed away and said she was terrified of my dog, who was sleeping peacefully in my room. I felt very uncomfortable here.

Facility is VERY outdated. Breakfast offered was poor, trash cans were full in the bkfst area at 6am. Short staffed like everywhere.

Ceiling had large crack and hole in it, found a toothpick under the edge of the bed, and found an unknown brown substance on the wall near the bathroom - wiped off with wet towel, TV remote missing battery cover. Its the little things that make a difference.

The room had not been properly cleaned. There was goo on the end table. There was a 1 inch Gap under the front door. Breakfast was a joke - the garbage in the dining area was full and no one seemed to care. There was no tissue paper no Kleenex.
