It was right by the expressway.
Negatives:
Check in took a very long time and when I asked why the clerk got all mad at me. Even though I asked for non smoking, I was given a smokers room that had cigarette burns all over near every flat surface in the place. The bathroom was disgusting.

The location was The only thing that was a positive.

There was a lot wrong, unfortunately. The knobs on our air conditioning unit were not functional, we were told there wasn't another room. The tub was tiny and damaged. I saw a cockroach in the room. The bed spread was slightly stained. Not a 2 star hotel.

Located near all all kinds of restaurants.
Positives:
Nothing fancy, but reasonably clean room, in good repair and nice staff. Don't expect too much in the way of amenities, but if you just need an inexpensive place to sleep, this fits the bill.
Negatives:
My room was on the side of the building facing the highway, so there was a lot of highway noise during the day.
