Negatives:
Front desk staff was rarely available, everywhere except behind the desk. Computer was broken. This was paramount to me. Pool heater was broken and apparently has been for quite sometime leaving pool useless.

Customer service was awesome and personable. The room and rate were pretty good and included a good continental breakfast. I travel back and forth between Georgia and Tennessee and this Country Inn hotel location was in a good accessible spot.

Horrible wouldn't let me stay without a deposit stayed there several times without issue and never have done this had to book another hotel

Front desk was rude stated kept telling me I needed to learn to listen. I have stayed there several times with no issues after driving a hour and a half was told I lived to close. Nothing was stated in the hotel regarding this. Scam

oom was an accessible room. It is hardly accessible if I'm not weight bearing and have to step over a fullsized tub. It had no shower chair or access to shower without drenching the floor and the room only had 2 towels.Hot foods were cold and bland.

the man who checked me in wasnt friendly and he smelled like hasty stale cigerettes. not very nice first impression at all. the guy had white hair & beard. management needs to clean him up and give him a course on customer service.
