The location is perfect, it’s quiet but close to everything. The staff was the friendliest I have ever experienced, they were super friendly and accepting of my dog and did whatever they could to make our stay a good one. The pool and fitness center was great and everything was sparkling clean.

The room was a little cramped but that was expected for the kind I booked.

Excellent location for easy access to the downtown area . Staff was courteous and helpful, rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will stay there again when we visit Knoxville.
