Definitely not a 3 Star Motel/Hotel, lighting around outside of motel was poor and not best spot for a family to travel.

Hotel was dirty and smelled of marijuana. Carpet was disgusting, bed had a literal hole in the mattress which I photographed. Absolutely disgusting. I was then given another room that was occupied thats how inept the staff was.

It was a very pleasant stay. I will admit, after I booked I read some pretty negative reviews. My concerns were soon put to rest after I checked in. Staff was pleasant. The room was very clean. No bugs. No unpleasant smells. It was an overall great Stay.

Someone who appeared intoxicated kept jigging my door handle at one point. Im assuming they thought it was there room. I looked out and it was a laughing couple having too much fun lol. Cant help that though.

This was the most disgusting hotel i have been too. Mold in the shower. Stains on the sheets. Needs to be renovated. Wouldnt let my worst enemy stay here. Prison is probably nicer than this.

It was centrally located for the things I needed to do while I was in Knoxville. /the staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was very clean & the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean except for the bath tub, see explanation below.

There wasn't any hot food with the free continental breakfast. The coffee machine in my room (208) did work very well. it leaked & I had to clean up the mess each day I used it. The bathtub had a dirty ring around it from baths.

This is a 1.5 star MAX roadside Inn. They tried giving me a smoking room then had me sign a paper stating it was 100% smoke free. There was mold all over the bathroom, floor, ceiling, shower curtain. Holes in wall. Dirty walls and doors.

I was given a rm with a king bed and a chair for 4 people to sleep in. Needless to say, we packed back up and just made the drive home. And the room was just old and gross in general.

No hot water for two day stay.
Large gaps around doors, had no seal.
Loud road noise
Patrons were loud all hours of night. Supposed quiet time from 10p to 7a.
Staff was patronizing and done nothing we could see to fix any problems
I traveled for work and have stayed in multiple hotels weekly, this is the nastiest most horrible experience I have had in over 25years of travel. Also over priced I have gotten way better at have the price.
