Negatives: Was charged an extra fifty dollars at the Hotel the t v did not work The light in the bathroom did not work

Negatives: COCKROACHES!! In my room, in the napkins at the so called BREAKFAST BAR which consisted of grain bars, apples that looked like they’d been there since Jonny Appleseed, juice machine with black mold, and instant coffee machine. Real let down when they claimed free breakfast

Negatives: The staff was rude. There were cockroaches, the bathroom door was falling apart, there was what looked like a small blood drop on the sheets plus I had to put a $100 deposit on the room. Very unhappy

Negatives: I had to change rooms at least three times The place smells The grounds are not very clean The air unit is disgusting Shower curtain was moldy and smelly and it took a long time for them to give me a fresh one Coral lining in one of the rooms the switch didn't even work The shower curtain rods and all the rooms are broken The microwaves in all the rooms were nasty filthy they need changing The refrigerators were not clean enough to put food in them The television took a while to work The curtains should be washed at least once a week and so should the blankets The heat took hours to warm up the room

Negatives: Shower flauterated between hot and cold. Saw a single roach Holes in wall

Negatives: They messy and police calling and room ain’t worth money and no breakfast or none of that

Negatives: Staff was rude and deceptive. Booking per online did not match what the hotel had and they refused to make any changes or refund the booking was then told we had to pay an extra 85 for another night or we couldnt check in after only paying 53$ per night on here. They then repeatedly said scan ur card again it didnt go through Even though I showed them the transaction. Was successful on my banking app. The front desk guy then starts rambling incoherently that he just needs to scan it a 2nd time to "hold it" and "no charge" so i scan the card and he tells me it declined ? and i gdt a notification that they had tried to run it foe another $50. aftee already paying for the nights and deposit on the app. Then starts insisting that we have to pay another 50$ or we cant have the room and he cant refund ANY of the over 200$ we have already paid. At NO point was ANY of this communicated prior. Refused to do anything about anything. Refused to contact management. Ended up paying an insane amount for the nasty busted up hotel i have possible ever seen. I wouldnt reccomend this establishment to anyone.

Negatives: Roaches crawling up my room the room keys constantly loose it's memory so u have to get new ones. The front desk area smelled like raw sewage.and the breakfast with as little as the offer shouldn't even be considered breakfast juice machine taste horrible. Hair on the new towels i was given.
