Yes, the power was out for a whole day of my stay and on the morning of my checking out I found a bed bud crawling on my pillow next to me, I caught it and took it to the front desk but was not offered any kind of refund.

Everything. The heater is as rusted and had broken vents. Would not even turn on, so no heat. Wall outlet was hanging out of the wall with wires exposed. Had been previously taped to wall and the tape was still affixed to the outlet. Did not stay.

The only thing good was the location to Webb school of Knoxville.
Negatives:
1st room did not have a coffee pot or microwave. The front desk acted like he didn't believe me till I repeated myself. Then I had to be moved to a different room. 1st room was infested with roaches and was not clean in the bathroom or the sink area. The shower had used soap and someone razer head in it. Under the bed skirt looked like bug poop spots or mold.
Second room shows no signs of bugs but the bathroom was disgusting and had dried human fecal matter under the toilet and dried urine behind the seat and behind the toilet on the floors, the shower had want looked like watered down dried blood or something in the shower, a hole in a wall that was covered up in the process of checking for bugs. The coffee pot had a white powder substance in the water holding. I noticed it when I started to pour water to make coffee. The bathroom fans and the heating fan were absolutely disgusting as well. Also their wasn't even a breakfast as advertised. Just a broken juice machine, a coffee machine, and a granola bar. Front desk on days is not very friendly and completely dismissed my concerns. They also had a guy who apparently lives at the hotel and was drinking alcohol while helping guests. I took plenty of pictures and video. I wish I could post them all on here. Definitely a health violation central here.

Need to report this hotel to Health Department. Lobby is filthy! Room filthy. Had to wash the floor myself but refused to touch outside of toilet bowl. Cockroaches scurried everywhere who has a room like that. I am appalled at the filth.

Filthy, roaches , no breakfast just apples and fruit bar. Area around coffee and food filthy and caked with dirt. How do you as a company justify making this place available for accommodations

The room was dirty, stains on the pillow case, luckily I brought my own, the remote was wrapped in duct tape. The staff was not helpful, I went down for breakfast and it was apple and granola bar, he said they put everything out. This was 6:40am!!!
