They secretly charged me 60$ for a dog fee after they told me that they didn't charge for dogs then when I left they took out that money separately and I even told them before check in and it was fine then after I leave it changes

It was quiet. Although it was close to the interstate, I didn't hear any road noise. It seemed like the parking lot was full, but I heard very few people in the hotel.

They could do better with the complimentary coffee.

For the 1st time in my disabled life a floorplan that works for me-the door to my room was right by the elevator. The room was spacious the roll-in shower was perfect for me. When I realized I had forgotten my shower chair Holiday Inn provided one for me.

The smell of the room was very very strong. It was almost like an extreme carpet fresh smell that was sprinkled on. I also didn’t like that I had reserved two queen beds and got one queen and a pull out couch.
