Great location and excellent staff. The fitness area is nice and has many machine options.
Negatives:
The bathroom shower heads need replacing to better suit the terrible water pressure. Breakfast was ok but not value for the money. I would drop the free breakfast lower the price of stay per night. We had several rooms booked and most had similar comments especially for a highly rated hotel vs dollar per night.

Location, lovely lobby, breakfast, breakfast wait staff, lounge staff downstairs, housekeeping staff.
Negatives:
The front desk staff were not welcoming and almost seemed like we were a bother. We stayed here a year ago for same occasion, and were treated like royalty. First impression opportunity really missed. The blinds in our room were raggedy.

Breakfast was exceptional. The location was excellent in the theater district. A very short walk to the historic Tennessee Theater.
