It was reasonably priced despite it being a football weekend. Room was clean, room was quiet even though I was on the ground floor not far from the front desk.

My room smelled a little funny, like musty or something.

Hallway stunk from the garbage that housekeeping was changing and the smell lingered even after they were done. Drawers in our dresser would not stay closed and the TV remotes were messed up. One turned one tv on at the same time it turned other TV off.

There was not one thing good about this hotel.
Negatives:
This hotel is run down and dirty. The room was filthy, the carpet was damp, there were chunks of the walls missing and it smelled like mildew. The front desk staff argued with me and tried to double charge me for the room. I would never stay here again.

The inside of the hotel isn’t very clean. The outside looks new but the inside needs attention.

Location is vaguely described whereas being a native resident of Knoxville I was under the impression that the location was near Merchants Dr, when in reality I was pretty far off into the rural parts of Powell....not even KNOXVILLE
