Negatives: Checked in, entered room-occupants of the room next door screaming and fighting. Went to desk-no comparable room available. Clerk advised us to contact booking for refund. Did so and they contacted hotel. No refund received. Dispute filed.

Negatives: I booked and prepaid on Booking and the staff at check in tried to tell me i hadnt paid and wanted to charge me again for the entire amouny even when i could show them the payment. It has to do with new tennessee tax stuff - but charge me that $40 or so... don't try to get another $300 out of me faking ignorance. The location was sketchy.. the interior was not kept up well. The staff was not helpful or friendly at all.
