Nonsmoking and connecting rooms can be requested. The hotel is pet-friendly; fees apply. We have a pet limit of up to 25lbs and 2 pet maximum

The location was great.

When we checked in, the front desk person had the personality of tree. It always amazes me that when you're checking in after a day on the road, you don't get so much as a welcome greeting from the front desk staff. Then after a stay we receive a message about how valuable a customer we are( I don't think so).
There are a lot of choices for places to stay. This location will not be chosen again.
The bathroom shower enclosure has mildew stains and you could see where there has/had been a water leak in the ceiling. The bathroom sink did not drain properly-when I mentioned it to the front desk I barely got any response at all.

Location and the cleanness of the room
Negatives:
No hot water could not take shower the next morning downstairs to ask the desk about the hot water they told me it was a bouiler problem didn't say anyone else down there complaining about that if that's what the deal was . They do not offers any money back or any reason that we could take a shower somewhere else.
