Cockroach in our room. Outside landscaping had used condoms, cigarettes and trash. Breakfast was 6-9am. What breakfast??? Discustin!

The grounds were well maintained. The pool looked inviting, although it was too cold to enjoy. The front desk personnel was friendly and welcoming.
Negatives:
The room was uncomfortable and outdated, dismal and poorly lit. The tub must have fallen through at some point and been poorly repaired. I did not feel safe standing in it. Other guests were loud and loitered about on the balconies.

The connecting door to the other room. And the cleaning guy stuck his face against the window to see if we were in our rooms when we were about to begin changing our clothes which was highly inappropriate if you know the guest have possibly not left considering it was well before our check out time.

We called ahead to see if the rooms were joined and were told yes as all of my children are young and couldn’t be in a room by themselves. We found several hairs all throughout the place and even on the blankets and sheets.
