Negatives: Require $100 USD refundable damage deposit - most other Red Roof Inns don’t Found a bug in the bed

Negatives: The lady at the front desk was very rude when checking in.

Negatives: I recently stayed at the red roof in Knoxville Tn on merchants drive, during my stay i noticed that the water shoots out of the shower head and goes straight to the floor when i showered. My room only came with 2 large towels 2 medium towels and 2 face towels. When i finished my bath i realized that water was all on the floor due to the shower head being broken which is in the video i attached to this email. I then went to the main office to get towels to try and clean some of the water up to avoid slipping and falling. The night worker advised me to come back in the morning when they had clean towels. Saturday 3/30/2024 before i went out i went back to the office and asked for towels. She said she would put some in my room number 133. Never brought any. Early Sunday morning 3/31 around 2am i asked for towels again because i still have not received any since my initial request . She stated that “the lady” was on her way to wash towels and she would ring my room to let me know they are ready, she never called. Upon checking out i turned in my receipt to get my 100.00 deposit back. The worker went to inspect my room, and told me she has to keep 15.00 FOR DIRTY TOWELS. I would like my 15.00 immediately because of the fact i have been asking for towels during my stay. The shower head was broken and the curtains you provided did not stop the water from spewing over the shower curtain, the towels are dirty from cleaning up something that should of been fixed to avoid injury of slipping and falling. The workers did not accommodate me with what I requested to clean up the company’s poor up keeping

Negatives: The room, especially the bathroom, is small. They also collect a $100 refundable deposit at check in for possible damages. If you use a credit card, that takes about a week to clear.

Negatives: Staff member at the desk could have been more pleasant. There was a man going wild in the parking lot, it took a long time for the cops to be called. The staff never came out to reassure anyone. Bathroom was dirty.

Negatives: Rooms were old and dirty you get what you pay for I guess. Maybe the people that own this motel think this is clean and I'm sure it is in a third world country but this is not "well not yet" a third world country. My advice to the in owners is to put more of your money back into your business by remodeling and re-train your maids to clean properly.
