Room floor wasnt clean. No place to hang a towel. Soap in dispensers and you have no idea what could be in the dispensers- put there by previous guests or hotel management.

Exceptional quality and value. Very upscale for this price range. Clean and spacious rooms. Full breakfast included. Charming courtyard around the outdoor pool. Efficient checkin. Highly recommend this hotel and would rebook again without hesitation.

Location, good free breakfast, the porters (cleaning staff) were very friendly, the room was large.
Negatives:
When we checked in, the room was dirty; it was very dusty and needed to be vacuumed. It was also moldy, damp, and humid. The front desk staff was extremely rude, and when we checked out, one of the clerks tried to force me to give them a good review.

The bed was ok. Outside of that, very disappointing were the breakfast, shower, and cleanliness.

I and others couldn't eat breakfast... NO FORKS! The owners could have picked some up at a dollar store. I wonder if they do better financially if guests eat much less? Dispensers of shampoo, soap gave out very little. I found garbage in ice bucket. Ew!

Right off highway. Needs a sign out by the main road was a little hard to find. was clean, had a great breakfast.front desk was very friendly. Rooms were big.

It is conveniently located in the western part of the city easily accessible from the interstate 40.
Negatives:
Mattresses were too old an worn out. It was hard to get good night sleep on a droopy mattress. I was there for over a week and the room service did not clean the room floor.
Positives:
Location, hot breakfast, hot tub is open year round
Negatives:
Room was very dirty, beds were uncomfortable, hot tub was cold. Room was smoked in previously. Had to switch rooms because of this.

Been staying here for a few weeks until they attempted to charge me twice for the room. And acted like I was wrong. Then tried to run my card for another ---$ then after I refused they tried to run it for ---$. If I wouldnt have been paying attention

Front desk could be a little more customer-friendly. Also, no elevators in this hotel.
