The lobby was beautiful. I liked the non-carpeted floor in our room especially with our dog. Our room was clean. Free breakfast was decent, perhaps some fresh fruit could be added. Coffee was good. Plenty of pet waste disposals.
Negatives:
Outside of the lobby the rest of the hotel was dated. Front desk clerk on check in was barely courteous. Grass in pet area could be shorter.

The staff wasn't welcoming didn't provide much information, my husband went down the following morning to grab me breakfast. He started up the stairs and was stopped by an employee that said he couldn't bring the food to the room. There was another gentleman behind him that had 3 plates of food , walked by my husband up the stairs without being stopped. So , My husband threw the food in the trash. What we don't understand is if they didn't want you eating in the room why do they have the number to local pizza delivery in the room ? Or why do they have refrigerators in the room? It just made no sense. Never have I been told by any hotel that their breakfast could not be eaten in the room. Also trash cans were gross , I placed them on the bath tub upon leaving to soak to assure they would be cleaned the rest of the room was acceptable and the hotel did smell clean . But the hospitality of the staff is definitely something that needs work.
