Positives: They did not have breakfast or even coffee.

Negatives: This facility needs a lot of renovation. The halls smell bad. The rugs in the room are old and dingy. The sheets had to be replaced. You need to work on the training of your staff. We reserved 2 rooms with 2 adults and 2 children in one and 1 adult and 2 teenagers in the other. We did not have enough towels and the staff was hesitant to give additional towels and wash rags. Also, the towels and wash rags were very hard.

Positives: I loved that it was for the most part clean, quick turn down service, and inexpensive

Negatives: It could have been cleaner still. The beds were uncomfortable, and the staff was great until we were in the pool apparently after hours but we didn't know because the pool doors were unlocked and we got in trouble for it. We weren't causing any trouble.
