Negatives: Everything was good. I had an emergency back home in Chattanooga Tn. So I had to leave right back out 30mins after I got there.

Negatives: That the staff wasn’t friendly. The phone didn’t work the first two nights. The bathroom look dirty had starches on the bathroom door like d so one one was gight their way out. And the breakfast was very simple coffee seem like it was seating there long

Negatives: Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a highly disappointing experience. To begin with, the room was incredibly dirty, with the sofa bed stained with what appeared to be blood—absolutely unacceptable. The microwave was filthy, and the phone in the room didn’t work, making it impossible to communicate with the front desk for assistance. The parking lot felt unsafe, with random people lingering around, adding to the discomfort. Although the hotel is pet-friendly, which was initially a plus, the staff called our room to complain about our dog barking—a strange approach for a pet-friendly establishment. The facility itself was old and poorly maintained. We were provided with an insufficient number of towels, and after requesting more, they never arrived. These issues ultimately led us to check out a day earlier than planned. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless significant improvements are made. Cleanliness, safety, and basic hospitality standards were severely lacking.

Negatives: Little pricey for only one night and you could hear other guests slamming doors and a few times they slammed their doors so hard it shook ours. Couldn't sleep stayed up watching my son sleep and making sure everything stayed good through the night.

Negatives: I wouldn’t have any complaints tbh, they i’ve been very attentive.

Negatives: TV did not work in one room and the heat did not work in the next room

Negatives: Extremely rude and hateful staff encounter right after checking in! NO customer service skills. (This situation alone is the reason we will never stay there again! Why should we pay to be treated like crap? Better options accross the road!) Snack and drink box not provided in room as described, had to ask for it from a rude, impatient front desk female. Room phone didn't work, faulty cord/jack. Reported to staff but they clearly didn't care, female literally ROLLED HER EYES at me when I told her! Why does she have a job there?? Room fridge not clean inside. I used my own Clorox wipes to clean all surfaces after finding that. Not enough towels available in room. Didnt want to ask for more.... Old worn-out carpet in halls and most of the building.( Updated lobby is deceiving ) Coffee was horrible and only white sugar or fake pink sugar substitute available. Need better options for diabetics or bariatric patients. Only 1 flavor of yogurt, please give more options. Hard boiled eggs, instant oatmeal or grits, fresh fruit would be nice.
