The bugs in the room and the dirty sheets with blood holes and blood on them along with dirty footprints. I put my computer on the desk and moved the chair that’s when I realized they had black tape holding the handle on smh needless to say 15mins after checking in I checked out and went to another place .

Positives:
The staff was friendly. The hotel overall was clean. They allow 2 pets, dogs, and cats. The king suite was like a mini apartment; the bed was in a separate room. The outside is the hotel is nice. The bed was comfy and the bedding was soft.
Negatives:
The bedroom tv didn't work, only had 1 channel . The inside of the hotel is old and outdated, as are the rooms. There was no bedding for the pull out couch. No extra trash bags. The suite had a single stove top burner but no pot or pan. There was nothing impressive about the hotel.

Well we missed the breakfast because we were sleeping past 9. :00 a.m. We were there the spring forward time change

The ice machine on our floor was broken and not labeled. I think that they should have a box of Kleenex and paper towels for the suite. We flew in and there is a store close by but the room was only stocked with four bath towels. It did not have hand towels or washcloths until we asked for them

Decent size and price clean...
Positives:
Decent room for the price. Love where it's located. Love the hardwood floors. My daughter and I really liked it the first time we stayed and decided to stay again.
Negatives:
I had an issue that I was not trying to argue about; only trying to discuss to determine what I needed to do. The night front desk clerk was very aggressive, assuming, and impatient. She would not let me get a sentence out. I had to ask her more than once to allow me to speak. It did not work. She assumed I would have to cancel the room and I advised, no, I just have to get money another way since the rental car payment extended my daily account allotment. Finally, I had to walk away, work it out and then come back with a room paid for online. The room she put us in seemed as if no one had stayed in it for a while - Rm 160. It had to be dusted and there was noticeable hair in the tub. I let it go because I carry cleaning items with me and the front desk lady was not someone I wanted to deal with again that night.

Satisfactory - Got the job...

It was located near , spots of my interest and related to my travels.
Negatives:
Upon arrival I was charged the extra $150 deposit. Then I had to listen to how the booking site was not up to par with communicating with the property and they see it all the time where people are continuously coming in and not aware of the extra fees on the property site. Then I was denied my deposit upon my check out because of a lack communication with employees over shift change. It was corrected the employee continue to make excuses on why I could not receive my deposit I was accused of smoking in the room also when I explained to them if you view your cameras I can be seen at least six times out of the day outside smoking. I had to work related to my travels odd hours sometimes late. One night coming in I had to wait outside because the front was locked and the employee was asleep on the couch which was an inconvenience for me because I had to wait to go in to get to my room to shower and continue my routine to rest for later. I had several problems with their machine malfunctioning downstairs with my card when I went to get refreshments no refund, no explanation ,just a sign on the machine later that day saying that it was out of order . Everyone seem to refer me to someone else. No area was decent it was somewhat unsafe not the place to be denied insurance from unemployed catching up on sleep. I had made several complaints to management who referred me to complain to a number which did no further investigation just took the employee's word. I had several times where housekeeping entered my room without notice to refill soap machine and whatever else it was that they came up with after seeing me leave my room and could have explained to me that they would be entering.
