Negatives: I had an issue that I was not trying to argue about; only trying to discuss to determine what I needed to do. The night front desk clerk was very aggressive, assuming, and impatient. She would not let me get a sentence out. I had to ask her more than once to allow me to speak. It did not work. She assumed I would have to cancel the room and I advised, no, I just have to get money another way since the rental car payment extended my daily account allotment. Finally, I had to walk away, work it out and then come back with a room paid for online. The room she put us in seemed as if no one had stayed in it for a while - Rm 160. It had to be dusted and there was noticeable hair in the tub. I let it go because I carry cleaning items with me and the front desk lady was not someone I wanted to deal with again that night.

Negatives: Upon arrival I was charged the extra $150 deposit. Then I had to listen to how the booking site was not up to par with communicating with the property and they see it all the time where people are continuously coming in and not aware of the extra fees on the property site. Then I was denied my deposit upon my check out because of a lack communication with employees over shift change. It was corrected the employee continue to make excuses on why I could not receive my deposit I was accused of smoking in the room also when I explained to them if you view your cameras I can be seen at least six times out of the day outside smoking. I had to work related to my travels odd hours sometimes late. One night coming in I had to wait outside because the front was locked and the employee was asleep on the couch which was an inconvenience for me because I had to wait to go in to get to my room to shower and continue my routine to rest for later. I had several problems with their machine malfunctioning downstairs with my card when I went to get refreshments no refund, no explanation ,just a sign on the machine later that day saying that it was out of order . Everyone seem to refer me to someone else. No area was decent it was somewhat unsafe not the place to be denied insurance from unemployed catching up on sleep. I had made several complaints to management who referred me to complain to a number which did no further investigation just took the employee's word. I had several times where housekeeping entered my room without notice to refill soap machine and whatever else it was that they came up with after seeing me leave my room and could have explained to me that they would be entering.

Negatives: Bulidings aere very dated, pictures seem to be years old and hallways we dingy and needed to be vacuumed badly!

Negatives: Pretty much everything else. The pictures are taken away that leads you to believe that the floors in the room are laminate and they are not. There is hardwood style stripping in the front of the room, but the rest is carpet. All of the reviews said this place was clean and quiet, and it was neither. I’ve stayed in worse in terms of cleanliness. But this was not what I was expecting given all of the reviews. And it was far from quiet.

Negatives: Everything was good. I had an emergency back home in Chattanooga Tn. So I had to leave right back out 30mins after I got there.
