Water pressure from shower ! Duvet covers which were very soft !! I would like to know where you got them , or if you could send me one for a king size bed !!

You have 2 drink machines , one of them didn’t work , the other one had hot drinks !!!☹️ ! The shower head was too low !! The carpet in the hallways and stairs looked horrible !!!

Positives:
The property had an outdoor pool (not open yet) and continental breakfast with a waffle maker and other amenities. The property was clean, and the housekeeping staff that stopped by the second day we were there was phenomenal. The facilities in the rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable.
Negatives:
During our stay, there were men in the hallway knocking on our hotel room door. As three women traveling, we were intimidated by this. These men also called the hotel room phone saying “What’s up?” We called the front desk, and they said there was nothing they could do. After we received a noise complaint (our own fault and was not a problem any longer), the front desk employee came to the room and I explained the men calling and knocking on the door. He dryly told me he looked in the hall and on the cameras. He obviously did not believe or take this situation seriously, which was disappointing.
