The young man at the desk was a God send. We got lost when we arrived in the dark in Knoxville. When we called he gave us step by step directions on how to get to the hotel. He also gave very excellent directions to our concert venue for the next night.
Negatives:
The room itself was very tired and needs some work. An excellent addition to the room would be way better curtains to block out all the bright night lights from outside at night to darken the room for sleeping.

There is no coffee maker, 1 bottle of shampoo, no hairdryer, 1 full size bath towel, and 1 washcloth. I tried to call and get more towels and inquire about a hairdryer, however the phone in the room didnt work. The bed was comfortable, so if you are just looking for a place to only sleep, it would be fine

Front desk staff mentioned they were about to go to the bathroom as I was checking in which is fine, but then they were upset and did not believe me when I was only in the room for 30 seconds and found bed bugs. I did not stay

No too hard to find but it is not visible from the road but it does have a sign at the street

It was a roach in my room the walks in bathroom was dirty the duvet had stains on it and most of the outlets didnt and no elevator only stairs tv did not get one channel and the table had some old stuff spilled on it
