Positives: The location was the only good thing.

Negatives: Beds are sitting on cots, the room has mold in the bathroom. Shower head was rotting. Shower curtain was falling apart. Bathroom door could not be shut, it was actually split. The floor boarder has been peeled back and mold is also present there. Air conditioner had to be replaced as it was so loud the neighbors complained. Sheets and towels were stained and had cigarette burns and holes. The sink, toilet, and tub all had smoke burns. Weed smell kept coming through our bathroom vent. The entire building needed to be cleaned. Trash all outside overflowing. Flies and nets were an issue before we brought food to the room. I understand I had a cheap room but still the floor could’ve been swept before we came and they could’ve gave the room we had same treatment as a high paying customer. Reserved the room online for 330 then we get there and it’s 340. The WiFi was too weak to connect and the tv channels were full of static, with only about 6 working channels. No breakfast was provided as advertised online. Microwave barley worked.

Negatives: The motel is in poor condition the room Wallis needed to be painted the rooms smelled bad, the exterior needed to be cleaned overall I would not recommend this hotel to someone who is homeless. I would never check in this place again.

Positives: Nothing. It was a horrible experience.

Negatives: The worst, dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. The room was filthy, one bed sheet appeared to have blood on it. Numerous flies and gnats in the room, the floor had not been vacumned in weeks, with dirt, debris and wall anchors everywhere. Nasty.
