Positives: Breakfast was great. The bed was very comfortable and I felt very safe.

Negatives: The only complaint was the grab bar in the shower, it was very dirty/moldy where it was attached to the shower. Other than that, our stay was great!

Positives: Room had sticky floors, carpet had puckered to where I tripped over it. Major stains on chair and bench at foot of bed. Foreign matter on wall next to bed and next to toilet. Shower had a lot of old and moldy spots. This is not why we choose Hampton Inn

Negatives: I just wanted to say this is so sub standard for the motel chain and we were not only disappointed, but disgusted as well. We were offered a discount but since we reserved through a third party, that wasnt possible.

Negatives: pool was not available for 3 days, remodel is needed for rooms, halls and lobby chairs!!!!! Drawers in room would not stay closed, couldn't lean back in the desk chair. Room doors need to be more secure
