That you don't do daily housekeeping and bring fresh towels daily empty trash make bed. I guess it is lack of staff but it costs a lot and if I am doing all the clean up and watching my trash can over flow and no coffee packets not the best.

Everything was perfectly clean, the beds were soft, the pillows were soft (almost too soft) the staff was very friendly, the whole place smelled clean, we didn't have time to swim but Knowing there was an indoor pool is a plus. Breakfast was decent, decent coffee (not the best of either but not terrible either)
Negatives:
The bathroom only had bar soap and 1 small shampoo. No conditioner or body wash and no racks in shower to hang wash cloth on. That stuff is so minor but I like to be completely transparent for others reading the review to know exactly what to expect

breakfast was warmed up, pre-made product. it was ok. you could make waffles. easy parking. a few close restaurants and convenience stores. grocery store close and amazing.

two people. two towels. no towel racks to hang up for reuse. most hotels encourage you to hang them up and reuse to conserve resources. had to use shower curtain bar. just got a few more towels from front desk.

The lock on the door didn't work, the cooling system rattled so it was hard to keep on to sleep, spot lights outside the window lit up the room irregardless of the curtains, thin walls, not friendly after hours staff when I had to complain of the yelling in the room next to me and arriving downstairs 10 minutes early for breakfast
