asked for a handicapped accessible room...we were given 2nd floor with stairs or could be charged an extra amount...about $40, I believe. Very noisy room. We could hear next room neighbors' conversations at 4:00 a.m. as well as the people smoking near our room well in to the night. Because there was a very insufficient seal on the door to our room, we also smelled all the smoke as it came in to our room.

Due to mobility issues, we would have preferred a ground floor room....and considerate neighbors.

The hot water stopped working but that was not the owner's fault. The owner immediately contacted a service contractor to fix the problem. We were told that we would receive a refund for the day we had no hot water.

A very nice, comfortable hotel with very nice staff at an attractive price

Room was spacious. Sheets were clean-ish. They accepted pets, but for a fee of $20 that I think I shouldn't have had to pay based on quality of the room.
Negatives:
The room had a distinct smell that wouldn't go away. Floors were dirty. Pillow case on one pillow was dirty. Door seal was not good, you could hear everything outside and bugs got in through door seal. NO hot water. Not even luke warm. Had to take a cold shower and didn't have time to wait for the water heater to be turned up. Parking was rough, the slanted slots are small and hard to get in and out of. Way over priced.
