No hot water. Staff just said I didnt let it run long enough and made excuses. We ran it for two showers and it never got warm. They offered no discount for room. Didnt report till checkout because we didnt want the hassle of changing rooms.

I liked nothing about this place! I booked a double queen bed room. I was given a double full bed. I went back and asked for what I booked. I was then given a double queen bed room. We got in the room, it was filthy. It had dead Beatles all along the the floors. Everything was dusty. The bathroom smelled like there were plumbing issues. The bathtub had hair all in the drain and on the walls. The drawer was full of roaches, which we dod not know until leaving because we never use the dressers at hotels. We just happen to open it to make sure the kids did not put anything in it.Everytime I asked for fresh towels or pool towels they could not give them because they were being washed. I had to ask for a blow dryer because the room did not have one. Also on the last day, I pulled the sheets off the bed and the case around the matress looked like it had poop on it. How disgusting! The pool was decent but not clean, clean. I have never had a problem staying at this hotel until this trip. I will not be booking here ever again.

When we arrived, ALL the rooms furniture were being hauled out. Only when we checked in we were told to wait about 20 minutes so they could get a room put back together. When we finally got in the room the room realed of feces and was filthy. The floors we full of dirt and a sticky residue, the beds were made in a hurry and one beds sheets were soiled and has cigarette burns all over it. I opened that bathroom door and the feces smell I smelled was sewer gas coming up through the toilet and tub drain. I immediately went to the office and asked to be moved. They gave us another room same situation but no sewer gas. There were people in the parking lot later smoking drugs and a dog in another room behind us was barking and howling all night long. Worst experience I ever had. Do MOT recommend!

Was nasty room. Nasty black sheets, blood on the bathroom door, inside the bathtub was disgusting and would not use it at all. If I could have gotten a refund and went somewhere else would have. No coffee maker, lights didn't work
