Positives:
Lots of renovations going on room was updated and clean. Lobby still under construction but looks to be promising. Beds comfortable. Staff was accommodating and friendly.
Negatives:
Lobby wasn’t finished up so breakfast was limited. But we completely understand because of the renovation going on. I’d say future stays will be better once completed. Little loud from the side road on a Friday night but died down later in the evening. Room was closer to the road than most though.

Advertised and paid the price based on a hot breakfast- construction caused only cold cereal, toast, yogurt to be available. No eggs, meats, waffles, fruit juices etc as expected from website. Pool was not available. At 11pm at night (several 12+) trees in buckets were being loaded or unloaded in a truck right in front of our hotel room making a lot of noise. The Power went out for over an hour in the morning while trying to get ready for the day. The room was very stuffy unless a fan was continually running on high. Maybe once the construction mess is finished and cleaned up the hotel will be adequate, but this was our second stay in 5 months and both stays were less than desirable.

Wasnt informed that the pool was shut down. The T.V. shut down by 9pm and no internet. Then before check out at 11am the electric went out at 10am. Paid full price for inconveince that couldve been avoided

Positives:
I liked the quiet of the neighborhood. Its the 1st time we stayed at a hotel that wasn't so close to the innerstate. The staff was very helpful with directions & history of the city, we found that very exciting. We loved speaking with the manager at breakfast every morning & she is a great cook!
Negatives:
There wasn't anything we didn't like. It was all great. The pool wasn't open due to renovation but it was November so we weren't gonna be using it anyways.
