Positives:
I like the breakfast and the cocktails that you received in the evening.
Negatives:
I did not like that they had construction going on and did not notify their guests to booked with them first to give them an option if they wanted to stay there with that going on or not. I also did not have hot water the whole entire state.

I checked in and the first room wreaked of marijuana so strong I couldn't even walk in the door. I was assigned a different room where the guests next to me played loud music and banged on the door all night until I finally called the front desk at 3 am a

All was well. The room was much larger than I expected, but that is a good thing. The happy hour was a nice suprise.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel and the lobby area; it was very nicely decorated and up to date. I also like the fact that hot breakfast was included with the room and there was not an additional fee for that.
Negatives:
I did not like that the towel rack in the bathroom was broken and there was some type of old water stain in the carpet in the living room area. Also, we kept hearing a noise above us every time someone turned on the shower which made it hard to sleep.

Hotel was being updated. We had a very old room with a horrible old smell. Nasty dirty carpet. Bathroom looked like motel 6. I expected much better for the price I paid. I expected much better from the Hilton brand.

Beautiful hotel lobby. Hotel employee gave us an upgraded newly renovated room. Chef makes made to order omelets. So many hot and cold options on buffet. Bed most comfortable. Hotel employee at front desk offered Hilton Honors.

There were some children being loud but it was not unbearable.

The breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. Convenient location. George at the frontdesk provides excellent customer service.

The hotel room was not renovated. It was in total disarray. The hotel is undergoing renovations which is fine, but the room they put us in was filthy, stains on furniture, rips & holes, dirty air vents, tub & toilet, pictures on the walls, light fixtures.

Beautiful. Great location. Close to main attractions. Breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly.
Negatives:
The double beds didnt work well with the four people. The pull out couch was not comfortable at all. The AC didnt work well. So it was uncomfortable for us to sleep. The rooms were under construction. Which they did need an upgrade.

It was a beautiful hotel with an amazing breakfast daily. The staff was very accommodating and the room was very clean and spacious. The location was great for dining and exploring Memphis.
Negatives:
The room was a bit warm and did not cool off as much as I would have liked, and there were renovations happening in the hotel at early hours so it was a bit loud.
