The only thing good about this hotel was the front desk receptionist. She was very polite.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. There was nothing clean about this hotel and the entire place smelled like marijuana. The handles were hanging off the wall in the bathroom. The floor was disgusting and sticky. The bathroom was not cleaned.

Was still in re.odeling phase, lot of noise at all hours with blowers. Key card kept messing g up at least 5 different times on a 2 night stay.

The hotel is close and easy for airport travel which is why we chose it. The price was great. The woman who checked us in was awesome, friendly, helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had safe rooms, and the nicest ones available.

Both rooms were non smoking but smelled strongly of smoke. Carpet was dirty, worn, and burned through. One bathroom had no water in sink. One bathroom had no hot water. One room's door wouldn't securely latch when leaving. No breakfast or coffee available

1. There were "Alive" roaches on the bathtub, and there was dirt on the towel 2. Pillow smells moist 3. Breakfast is not worth the extra money I paid 4. The extractor fan is not working properly 5. The engine of the fridge was super noisy, restart every 5 mins 6. The blanket is so very thin 7. The sound insulation of the room is terrible, I can hear people closing the door, and talking

The carpet in the room was very stained. The decor is so old. The taps leak. The windows are not sound proof. And the kitchen equipment is too old to use. please upgrade

The front desk Crystal was WONDERFUL. She went out her way to make sure everyone was comfortable. The moment we entered the facility she made us feel as if we were at home her customer service is definitely a 10/10. The hotel was quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
