Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. I was checking in & had to pee , I asked the front desk attendant if there was a rest room on the 1st floor, she said No, having to pee very badly, I gave her my credit card with a reservation and she insisted, I wait until check in was complete, " I should have urinated on the floor" if I had only known how the rest of the stay would go after ,that intro, that should have served as a Warning, after finally getting my key, running up the stairs as there is , No Elevator, I was able to go to the bathroom, exhausted I got into bed in a ":Smoke Free Room" the bed sheets reecked of stale smoke as did the carpets & entire nightmare of the " Non Smoking " room, again exhausted with only 6 hrs before Departure, I fell asleep, only to be awoken, I get up to brush my teeth after napping 1 hr turn on the lights " bugs everywhere" on the counter around the microwave, coming out the drains, I was pissed stormed down to the front desk, notified the manager who came to my room, viewed the bugs was very understanding Refunded my $, the stay was a total nightmare , endee up feeling disgusting , itchy & sleep in airport 5 hrs awaiting my flight.

Everything, the first room the door had been kicked in and didn’t not close. The second room only had two working lights the carpet was very dirty. The hallway had very nauseating smells lingering and there were large groups of people being loud at late hours

Everything is great only the house keeper doesn’t knock just keeps trying to enter my room and when questioning them they don’t speak English at all

Everything is great only issue is the housekeepers doesn’t knock just keeps trying to enter my room and when questioning them they don’t speak English at all also they don’t never have any supplies with them so it makes me think they are trying to come into room for other reasons when it’s late evening when they trying to enter
