We didn’t receive any housekeeping services! No fresh towels were offered. Trash from wasn’t emptied; had to ask for a trash bag to replace the very full one in our room.

Doors are locked so takes forever to even get inside to check in. They also tried to tell me my payment failed when I was checking out although it was clearly on my credit card statement then when I requested a manager like magic the problem was fixed. Scammers
