Merle I think that was her name. Asian lady was very rude and thought I was going to clean my own room. Found hair and a used bar of soap in my shower and a full slab of ribs still in the fridge. She stated that I already got the room at a discounted rate so she couldn’t do anything. Which I never wanted to begin with. Also found the remote in the let out couch/bed so I’m sure the sheets were never changed.

Very nice updated hotel. Very good breakfast. Loved the bed. Slept very well.
Negatives:
Staff was not friendly nor helpful especially the front desk clerk who checked us into the hotel. She basically acted like a robot and checked us into the hotel and said something about the times for breakfast. No direction about the location of the elevators, Wi-Fi or ice machines. She checked us in and that was it. Breakfast staff was the same. She did her job and nothing extra. Someone needed help using the waffle maker. I had to help her and someone had to help me find the orange juice since the machine wasn’t working. Staff could have acted more like real human beings.
