Great location for UoM and other attractions/dining in the area. Hotel looks very nice inside and out and we feel safe and secure. Everyone is polite and friendly. The reception/lobby is nice area to sit and relax are visit with friends. Everything's clean and very comfortable including the room. The breakfast dining room and buffet is very good.
Nothing bad to say everything was great that's why we stay here when visiting Memphis.

Hotel is very clean, comfortable, quite, staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast buffet is good. We feel safe and secure. Excellent location to University Of Memphis and just minutes from other area attractions.

As someone who grew up in Memphis, it was fun to see the many mementos about Kemmons Wilson. I also thought the atrium was very nice, and the location was very close to a lot of sites and people I wanted to see. The beds were exceptionally comfortable!! It was nice to get daily room service, and the breakfast, while not free, was nice.
Negatives:
This place badly nears a makeover. Everything seemed old. The escalator wasn’t working, and the elevators were not right next to each other, so you never knew where to stand. The parking lot was in bad shape. Our room was supposed to have a microwave but it didn’t. They said they would bring us one, but it took hours, and then he was missing a part. Again, it took hours and when he knocked on our door at almost 10 pm, we told him we had already gone to bed. Oh well.
