The fact that there was security presence at night time. The bed was comfortable and the room was fairly clean.
Negatives:
The lady on the welcoming desk couldn’t even say hello. She was very unwelcoming and rude. This is not the right job for her! Training is required. There was an issue as my payment card is the type that has no details on it. The details are on an app on the phone. Due to this she wasn’t going to let me check in. In the end the manager, who was much more polite found away around this. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from Beale street and felt unsafe.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The hotel front desk was friendly and professional. She made us feel welcomed from the start. She checked us in with ease. The rooms were big and beds were comfortable. It was just a ten minute walk to beall street. Breakfast was nicely set up.
