The bed was comfy,the staff was very nice. The tv worked.

There were roaches :( I stayed 1 night and saw 4 of them in my room. Also my friend who stayed next to me his bathroom light wouldn’t work, his A/C unit was blowing out hot air. When he asked for a refund they told him he had to stay the whole night to get it, but that was a lie. When he had stayed all night the guy at the front desk said they couldn’t give a refund because he had stayed!!!

It was not very welcoming, instead of going to reception in the middle of the day, I had to go to the night window. The mattress protector was stained and disgusting, it could do with a wash, I’m not entirely sure that my sheets were fresh and clean. The shower had no pressure and was dirty. When I did have a shower I felt like I needed another one as the floor was filthy. I didn’t feel I should have left a tip, but I did.
