Negatives: Our reservation was not honored even though the reservation was made months in advance. They did not have our room when we arrived at 7 pm and had no explanation. Didn't care. Didn't offer to assist in finding other accommodations.

Negatives: Room a bit rundown, no fridge.

Negatives: .It was a disaster. Beds not made, keys didnt work. Trash everywhere. Dead bugs everywhere. No housekeeping was done (you could tell).

Negatives: The first room I had the sink was broken, the comforter on the bed was spotted up with stains, I told the young man , he moved me to another room, which was just as bad, the floors were filthy, cob webs on the base of the bed. The walls were stained , it was horrible. I wouldn't let my dog stay in this hotel. It needs to be shut down. I don't understand how it can pass inspection. I wouldn't never recommend anyone to stay there.

Negatives: There was little or no service. It was difficult to get a pillow or toilet paper. The entry mat was dirty. Outside the room was very trashy.

Negatives: The staff was emotionless and lazy. The outside of the building was littered with trash everywhere. The cleaning staff sat around and clearly did a poor job of cleaning the rooms. I had to go across the street to Walgreens to get household cleaner. My cleaning rag was black from wiping off doors, doorhandles, bathtub, sink and desk. The towels and washrags they give you to use, had old dark stains on them. They were obviously used for cleaning. The worst part is, the bed had bedbugs. I didn't notice until I got home and found 30 bites on my body. A bedbug got into my luggage and I must have had brought it home. I had to have my entire apartment treated. I tried to contact corporate, but the website doesn't load and the email got kicked by gmail.

Negatives: The rooms were beyond DISGUSTING!!!!!! There were boogers all over the wall next to the bed, the floors were so gross I refused to walk barefoot on them and I don't think the bed comforter had been washed in over a year. I got home and immediately showered your hotel off of me. There were drug bags in the holders for the towels, so obviously those towel holders have never been cleaned, ever. Oh, speaking of towels, I was allowed 1 shower towel for a THREE day stay. ONE!!!!!! No ice for a day because the machine ran out, great go buy more for your customers. I have never stayed at such a dirty, nasty, repulsive hotel in MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!! The management is non existent as far as help. But I saved the best for last.... The first night of my stay someone was shot and killed outside of room 106 and we were in 208. It happened at appx 3:00am and this can all be verified on Memphis news sites. So if you came to sleep, think again. Not only that but this hotel left that man's BLOOD ALL OVER THE SIDEWALK AND GRASS for 2 days. New people coming to the hotel the next day were walking over it, it was literally the most appalling thing I have ever witnessed.
