I didn't get to stay there didn't know about 100$ deposit the clerk insisted I get a refund and basically kicked us out of the parking lot after being percisance about ge5ing booking for com to refund us but never answered them for canalation. Even the next day still no answer from them so I could get my money back. We spent our last 100 we had to get a few hours sleep couldn't get money back to get another hotel didn't have enough left to go get another one. W had to sleep in the truck in circles k parking lot safest place to sleep Memphis is number one in murders and closes down at 8 o'clock because of it. I had to call corporate to get things handled it was late drove 6 hours from mobile just needed a few hours sleep was leaving at 5 4 hours and was treated like crap. Was talked to like I was an idiot. Shooded off the property while trying to figure things out.
Not like we was at the Hilton where you'd expect to be so bougie. And made to feel like not good enough.
But. You had dope heads fighting could hear things hitting the walls but we could be here for 4 hours.
I am a very discruntal customer. I don't believe that man should be working there he has no business being with customers. If he doesn't like his job and can't interact with the public then he shouldn't have hat job. Pretty sure he treats most that way..
Not sure if my issue is taken care of but if I find out it's not. I'm going up there and I'll expect my room I paid for sence he insisted I get a refund then never let me get it. I don't tolerate and one treating me or anyone else with disrespectful like we was last night
