When we checked inside on Saturday April 13th, the person at the front desk was a person. rude and disrespectful. The whole time we were there he was talking to his girlfriend and had an attitude towards us.

The room was dirty with peeling paint on the ceiling. Big crack under the door. No toilet paper holder, it smelled in the room. Spider on the ceiling. The staff was not helpful.

There's only 2 people that work there that are professional. The rest are lazy, nonaccommodating and full of attitudes. They don't clean or fix anything properly either. They need security or something because people just hang around on the property.

It it a fair place. I like that it accomodates pets and is cheap. It is also close enough to Memphis, but the area it is located in a rough area.

The motel is a bit dated, some damage to the table, but clean enough. I've stayed at better Red Roof Inns.

The manager was extremely rude from beginning to end. He refused my online reservations & wrote a room number on the key that didn’t exist. I looked endlessly for about twenty minutes. When I went back to the lobby, he gave a whole other room number. When I went to that room. I watched two men entering the dark hotel room. I was horrified and called the police. They arrived an hour later. Even though I hadn’t entered the room, the manager refused a refund, I never asked for one. Overall fearful that something dangerous could easily happen to hotel guest, be careful.
