It is an iconic hotel in a great location. Hotel has a great vibe. Our room was a reasonable size but the bathroom was tiny. Bed was very comfy. Disappointed there were no facilities in the room to make hot drinks but when we asked they brought a kettle and a coffee maker and supplies

Location choice of TV channels were good.
Negatives:
The staff were very unfriendly it was hard to get a smile out of them. The bathroom was very small, no coffee in the room. Only free coffee in reception for a few hours in the morning. When the ducks are walked through reception it's absolutely packed and then you can't get the lift back to your room if you happen to arrive at the same time. The restaurant has limited choice at lunch and it was extremely expensive. The hotel seemed to be living off a reputation they do not deserve I will not book a Peabody in future.
