Negatives:
They didn't have coffee for breakfast. All they had was Lipton tea. They claimed they were out of coffee. No luggage rack in the room. The sink was in the room, not in the bathroom. No extra blanket in the closet.

We were greeted by a wonderful front desk team member, and she was kind enough to let us check in a little early. She then noticed that we were two separate families traveling together and tried to find a room with a connecter door so the kids could move between rooms. Talk about exceptional customer service and paying attention to detail. The staff were always there to help and greet us as we came and went. I was most pleased with all of the service and attention to detail that was part of our experience.

I wasn't impressed wit this facility. I wont book at this location again.

Staff wasn't very friendly. I was trying to check in and get to the room and the staff said why in a hurry? It was late and we had to get up early for a competition, I didn't have time to chit chat. Then she looks at my reservation and says oh you wanted 3 beds? Why is that? It was none of her business, she was just being nosey. Went to breakfast and waffle maker was broken and food appeared to be frozen and heated then served. Internet showed a nice breakfast and what was served was no where near what we got.
