The room was dirty. The TV remote didn't work, no towels, sheets on bed was dirty,,when we got towels they was stained, tub didn't drain correctly, floors dirty , bag on smoke detector,and trash in peep hole on the door.

Bed had hairs all in it, the room stunk, sheets had stains all over them, wifi didn't work good at all, towels had stains all over them, microwave didn't work, the floors where so sticky our shoes stuck to the floor, bathtub was nasty and old used wash rags was left hanging on the shower... Over all it was filthy

Everything!!! We was suppose to get nonsmoking 2 queen beds on ground floor. They put there drunk housekeeper in our room!! Then gave us another room and it smelled so bad and the beds wasn’t made or the room wasn’t clean at all. Then, they gave us another room 2nd floor (which we kept but it was horrible) there wasn’t any pillows and they didn’t have any to give us. We went to Walmart and got our own. The room had no light bulbs, no towels or wash cloths or even a TV remote!!!! Cigarette butts in the floor and even needle caps in the bathroom floor. I cleaned the room before we laid down and we sprayed the room because it smelled so bad. Around 10pm 6 cops rolled up took the drunk employee to jail. Then the second day/night someone was smoking so much weed our room was so Smokey and stunk so bad. There was even a smashed cockroach in the bathroom behind the door. When you asked for towels and washcloths they got so defensive like you was stealing them or something.
