Negatives:
It was the worst stay I have ever had. Dirty linens dirty towels and wash clothes. Furniture damaged and falling apart. Couch was so stained and dirty was afraid to touch. Was already along day and night from weather and no power and then to walk into that kind of uncleanness just made things worse. Absolutely unexceptable to be renting out. I stay in Days Inn all over the place and have never incountered this kind of experience.

On booking .com they said they had breakfast as per staff breakfast included only Coffee and juice and actually we found no breakfast. The rooms were dirty and sheets were dirty, found cigarettes holes and smell bad. The bathrooms were filthy no shampoos or bath products there. Towels were dirty even they brought us the new ones. Only one towel was provided initially. Want my money back. Not what they showed on website at all . Smell of smoke in the room . No cleaniness at all . Stinky pillows. Broken sofa bed. No house keeping keeping at all .

Positives:
We checked into room without any towels, soap shampoo, no hairdryer, no coffee maker, a dirty room with pet hair everywhere. Very disappointed in my stay. I will not be booking here again .

Everything was disappointing. Very dirty room without any supplies as promised during booking.
