And even though I reported the safety rail in the tub of room 128 it has still not been fixed and I almost fell in the tub because I forgot and tried to hold onto it.

I dont like the fact that I have requested to be contacted by the owner, who also owns the days inn in Morristown Tn and I have not even seen him at either property. I reported to the front desk that the safety rail in the tub was not secured to the wall

We had 4 in a room with only 2 towels and when we asked for 2 more the housekeeper said give me 2 dirty ones. I said forget it don't even worry about it and trash was never emptied during our stay.
