Positives: We were always greeted by a friendly and helpful staff into a clean and inviting lobby with DELICIOUS cookies and iced tea! Other snacks/drinks were available, too. Our room was spacious, kept clean, and amenities were lovely.
Negatives: We were not offered clean sheets. As a wheelchair lady in a handicapped room, I could not use any mirror in the room except the closet door rendering the bathroom useless for getting ready. I brought this to their attention, they seemed eager to fix it.
