The door to the room, you can see a good two inch gap from the door to the floor at the bottom. It made the room more noisy than it should have been and sounded like traffic was right at the door flying by.

The breakfast I'm just going to say I'm a humble person but it was not the same as it used to be 5 years ago and that same hotel and I'm moving on to the staff I have never seen such rude in his off the instant from the morning girl she has no happiness her name is Jenny where is glasses horrible customer service I mean horrible to the worst your night guy with the head on his head in the glasses daddy up every night zooming around smoking weed in the parking lot goes around the corner does something else I can't give you a 100% but I'm sure he's on methamphetamine I've seen him go in a couple of rooms with different people hang out just roams around the hotel 24/7 maybe he lives there I don't know I just know he's majorly on drugs smoking weed and I have two daughters that were in the hotel and they smelled the weed meaning marijuana... Maybe it's legal to just blow marijuana all over the parking lot but it's not good for your hotel and business right there in Murfreesboro Tennessee and I checked the law it is not legal but you know guys doing it... I almost continued to stay but now you would never see me back in that hotel again final word and I'm going to go to my company and see if we can change other groups coming in to another brand really disappointed with the Baymont Murfreesboro Tennessee

You can do better by drug testing your staff make sure they're not up on that zooming all over the hotel bouncing into people's rooms and definitely stop them from smoking marijuana in front of the hotel and I would definitely get rid of that morning girl Jenny cuz she is definitely not morning material for a customer service font desk and if your night staff crew is going to continue to be on methamphetamine and smoking weed you're definitely going to lose clients for your hotel cuz you lost me in my company for good no turning around we're going to continue to rate this hotel in all kinds of ways that's how disappointed disgusted we were
