Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

I liked the cleanliness and the size of the room. The room itself had so many useful amenities and the bed was so comfortable.
Negatives:
I just didn't like that the gap under the front door was enough to see people pass by. And wasn't sure if the adjoining room was occupied but I felt the gap under that door was a little too much. I ended up putting a towel in its place.

We stayed at this exact hotel the week before and our stay was so wonderful! But this week, our room smelled, the bathroom was dirty, the shower had mold, and broken parts. It was disappointing. I'm not sure if the couch had bugs, but my son's legs were covered in bug bites. We live candlewood hotels, but this particular weekend was not good. It just felt gross in that particular room. The staff smoke pot right outside the back door, so that's not the most pleasant thing to walk through.
