Large parking lot with restaurants on the property multiple vending machines on the property. Comfortable beds and sheets smelling like freshly laundered.

Arrived after dark, had to drive around police in the parking lot dealing with some idiots drunk and hanging off the balcony. Some serious ghetto rejects that should have been kicked out and taken to jail. My room had ants crawling on the bed, and the sheets smelled dirty.

It was cheap, and wasn't apparently dirty inside the room
Negatives:
Room smelled like menthols, lots of sketchy people staying in the outside rooms, windows to the inside not the outside were odd. Almost seems abandoned on the inside besides the pool. The restaurant was like a strip club with no strippers. Didn't put out their "grab n go" breakfast until 7am which sucks if you're traveling. Cops just sitting in the parking lot as if they're waiting to watch a drug deal. Looked like the kinda place that there would probably be a fair amount of drug deals

An experience to say the least
Positives:
It was an overall good experience the room was very fresh clean smelling when we walked in .. very convenient private. Loved the Chandler whole facility was clean and neat. Towels super soft beds clean comfortable they set high which is great for us because we are both tall ☺️

Bathroom light was a strobe light.
The handicapped door button did not work and the door was hard to close. The outside door did not lock and the wires for the key lock were exposed. Breakfast was very poor.

I convince of the area and everything was easy to get to.

Staff didn't tell us our room was outside, so we wondered around the hotel trying to find our room. Signs should be more visible to find the rooms.
Once we found our room it's cleanliness was exceptionally different from the rooms on the inside. Lots of shady people hanging around and smoking weed in the breeze ways. This was all hours of the day and night. Didn't make me feel very safe.
