Nobody bothered to come clean the room, I had no hot water, they use satellite TV so several channels didn't work properly and when I told the staff about it, they said "OH well"

We cjose the place for the breakfast included and pool. Pool was closed and "breakfast" was orange juice, coffee and a tiny packaged cookie or pastry.

Location was convenient, but that's all that was good.
Negatives:
Front desk was rude. I spoke to the night shift upon check in and asked if they do later check outs as we were driving 14 hours straight til we got there and we didn't get there til 3am and just wanted a little more sleep before another 15 hour drive. He agreed and gave us an extra 30 minutes which was enough for me. Morning front desk came into my room yelling at us for not being out at 11 (mind you the guy told me I could check out at 11:30) it was 11:20 and all our stuff was packed (which was only my daughters diaper bag and her feed bag) I was simply getting my baby dressed and we'd be out, but she completely accused me of "not trying to leave" because my husband was laying on the bed next to our baby while I grabbed her clothes. Was still out of the room by 11:30 even after she was yelling at us. Definitely will not be returning. Wasn't even worth me spending that much money on and I wish I didn't. There is also bugs in the room, but that I didn't really care about. Rude staff for no reason on the other hand? Definitely.
